Shipping Policy
At Superior Skin, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can receive your skincare products with confidence and ease.
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours. During peak periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently offer the following shipping options within Canada:

Orders of $100 or more before tax qualify for free regular shipping.
Please note that estimated delivery times apply to major city regions in Canada. Some additional delays may occur for rural areas, remote regions, weather disruptions, holidays, or carrier related delays.
Shipping transit times are separate from order processing times.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours. During peak periods, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking Information
All shipping options include tracking.
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package while it is in transit.

Carrier Delays
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.
While we always do our best to ship orders quickly, Superior Skin cannot control delays caused by weather, high shipping volume, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, rural delivery routes, or other circumstances affecting the carrier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non refundable.
If an order is refused at delivery, returned to sender, or not picked up from the carrier, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.
Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery, or Unclaimed Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed shipment, the customer may be responsible for:
- the original shipping cost
- the return shipping cost
- any additional carrier fees related to the returned package
We will contact you if your package is returned to us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue with the carrier.
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Superior Skin is not responsible for stolen, missing, or misplaced packages. We recommend checking around your property, with household members, neighbours, building management, or your local carrier depot.

Superior Skin reserves the right to review, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion.
