Q: If I use the Hyperpigmentation Program (Non-HQ) as indicated what should I expect?
A: While you are restoring your skin to its natural brilliance, expect to go through three phases. The duration of each phase may vary based on your individual skin condition.
Phase One: "Skin Rescue" (weeks 1 to 6)
Your skin is gently shedding its damaged top layer. This process may be accompanied by dryness, peeling and/or redness.
Phase Two: "Skin Rejuvenation" (weeks 7 to 12)
Improvements to your skin’s texture and tone become visible. You can expect lightening of hyperpigmentation, reduction of wrinkles, and firmer and smoother skin.
Phase Three: "Skin Radiance" (weeks 13 to 36)
Surface problems have been corrected and your skin has a new radiance. You can expect even pigmentation, smooth and firm skin, reduced pore size, and improved elasticity.

I’ve been using the non-HQ program since last September 2020 and within a few short weeks I was seeing visible results (lightening) on my melasma! At this point (January 2021) my spots are virtually erased and you can’t really tell that I have melasma at all. I will use this program to keep my spots at bay forever!:)
Hello, I'm interested in purchasing your Vivier non HQ treatment program. Would you please answer the following questions before I make the purchase.
-What is the order in which these products are to be used AM and PM?
-Is the exfoliant to be used once a week? Is the exfoliant like a scrub that needs to be washed off or does the exfoliant need to be kept on?
-Can I mix the retinol with the skin brightening cream and then apply to the face?
-Do I need to purchase additional moisturizer for AM and PM or the products in the kit sufficient to take care of my skin?

I have been using this kit for 2 weeks now, there is some improvement but I do not see anything spectacular. I had some minor peeling at the beginning but nothing really visible. I wish there were more detailed instructions about how to use the product line (order of applying the products, how much time to wait in between). Hopefully I will see more visible results at the end of the 3-month period.
I’ve been using this for less than a week, I do have a lot of peeling but understand this supposed to be temporary. I have a couple of questions. Is the exfoliant fort supposed to be used daily as it seems very powerful. I’ve been putting it on in the morning after the serum and before the skin brightening cream and sunscreen. At night I use the serum, skin brightening cream and retinol. Should I maybe use the retinol and exfoliant on alternate days to reduce amount of irritation and peeling? Some more instructions on frequency of use would be helpful.
Thanks Michelle for getting in touch with us. The exfoliation you are experience is predominately from the 1% Retinol Night Complex as it is formulated with a strong and effective Retinol. In the pamphlet that comes with the program, it should indicate to apply the 1% Retinol Night complex once a day although starting out it may only need to be applied 1-2 nights per week in the first week. Then gradually the application frequency can be increased to every other night and then eventually once a night as the skin adjusts. Lest us know if you have any other questions. Hi there - I used your products about two years ago and was delighted. However, the products do not seem as effective this time - for example I have a brown spot on my face that was erased with your products the first time I purchased your products. However this is not happening now and I have been using the products since April. Why?
I also received with my order a small bottle of liquid called ‘radiance serum’. What do I use this for?

Thanks for your feedback Lise! Are you applying the sunscreen every day? When targeting age spots and sun spots, applying the sunscreen every day is very important as the sun is the main factor that triggers the pigment in the skin. It can also take up to 4-5 months to really see the full effects. We recommend taking a before and after photo to help see the difference over a period of time. The Radiance Serum sample you received is to be used morning and night after cleansing the face and before any creams. Hope this helps. Let us know if you any other questions.
